The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. the lodge has a peaceful and serene atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. the staff provides top-notch service, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and well taken care of. the rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. the breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. the views from the lodge are breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the natural beauty that surrounds it.

The staff was EXCELLENT and the hotel met expectations. We really loved staying at Kapama River. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that offers exclusive amenities and fulfills all your needs. the service is impeccable, and the staff is courteous and friendly. the swimming pool is well, maintained and gives you a refreshing experience. the restaurant has a great selection of food that is tasty and well, prepared. In, room facilities are outstanding, with private facilities for an exclusive experience.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the Bar/ Lounge area. Although the staff was friendly, the service was a bit slow, and we had to wait a while for our drinks.

Great safari experience with knowledgeable guides and amazing animal sightings. The resort offers two safaris per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. The food was excellent and there were delightful touches like tea before the afternoon safari and drinks and snacks in the middle of the safari. The resort offers a great overall experience.
The resort can be tiring due to the early wake-up calls and the long safari hours. The resort can be expensive compared to other options.
